Brian J. Lipke
Brian J. Lipke has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company since its formation. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Gibraltar Steel Corporation of New York ("Gibraltar New York"), a predecessor and current subsidiary of the Company, since 1987, and has been in charge of the Company's other subsidiaries since their formation. He also served as President of both the Company and Gibraltar New York through 1999. From 1972 to 1987, Mr. Lipke held various positions with Gibraltar New York in production, purchasing, and divisional management. He is also a director of Merchants Mutual Insurance Company, and Moog Inc (NYSE: MOG.A).

Henning N. Kornbrekke
Henning N. Kornbrekke has been President and Chief Operating Officer of Gibraltar since December 1, 2004, and President since January 1, 2004. Before becoming President, he served as Vice President of the Company since he joined it in January 2002. During that time, Mr. Kornbrekke also served as President of the Company's Building Products Group. Previously, Mr. Kornbrekke served as the Chief Executive Officer of a division of Rexam, PLC, and before that President of Global Hardware and President of Access Technologies, divisions of The Stanley Works. He has also held executive positions in sales, marketing, manufacturing, and engineering at The Stanley Works and United Technologies.

Kenneth W. Smith
Kenneth W. Smith was named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective March 18, 2008. Before joining Gibraltar, Smith served as Chief Financial Officer of Circor International (NYSE: CIR), a global manufacturer of flow control components sold to aerospace, chemical processing, pharmaceutical, maritime, and oil and gas end markets, since 2000.

Stephen L. Duffy
Stephen L. Duffy was appointed President of USP Structural Connectors and Auth Florence on April 22, 2009. Mr. Duffy has an extensive background in executive and general management, most recently as President of Wells Lamont Industrial Group, a division of the Marmon Group, a $7.5-billion industrial and consumer products company. He was also president of Actown Electrocoil, a division of Actuant Corporation, and he has held various senior management positions at Groupe Safran, a $20-billion global leader in aerospace, security, and telecommunications.

Gary K. Henry
Gary Henry has been President of Noll/NorWesCo since April 2007, and was named President of the Distribution Group in April 2009. He oversees operations in Fife, WA; Portland, OR; and Stockton, CA. He also oversees Gibraltar’s CMI, Weather Guard, Appleton Supply, DOT Manufacturing, and Southeastern Metals subsidiaries. With more than 25 years of experience in the HVAC, refrigeration, air movement, and distribution industries, he joined Gibraltar from Hart & Cooley, where he was President from 2000 to 2006.

Charles D. Jerasa
Chuck was named President of the Storage & Ventilation Group, overseeing Air Vent and Solar, on January 18, 2010. He has more than 25 years experience in the building materials industry. Most recently he served as President and CEO of Nailite International, a privately held Miami-based company. Before that, he progressed through a series of positions during his more than 20 years with Owens Corning, a global leader in building materials, fiberglass composites, and other related industries with $5 billion in annual sales. Throughout his career, Chuck has held a series of management positions in the insulation, roofing, composites, and asphalt industries, most recently serving as President and General Manager of OC Fabwel, a business unit with over $250 million in annual sales.

Joseph D. Smith was named President, Alabama Metal Industries Corporation (AMICO), on April 19, 2006. Prior to joining Gibraltar, Smith served as Vice President and General Manager of AB Change; President and Chief Operating Officer of New Standard Corporation; and Corporate Vice President, Manufacturing Operations, for York International Corporation.

Timothy J. Heasley
Timothy J. Heasley was named Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller on October 5, 2005. Prior to joining Gibraltar, Heasley served as Chief Financial Officer for MRC Industrial Group, Inc. and as Group Controller of Engineered Products for SPS Technologies, Inc. Heasley is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, and is Certified in Financial Management. He is also a member of Financial Executives International and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Paul M. Murray
Paul Murray has been Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development, since May 2004. Murray joined Gibraltar in 1997 as Vice President of Administration, managing the Human Resource and Information Technology functions to match the company’s growth. Prior to Gibraltar, Murray’s career covered more than 25 years with Pratt & Lambert and later The Sherwin-Williams Company.

David A. McCartney
David A. McCartney was named Vice President of Information Systems on October 4, 2005. Prior to joining Gibraltar, McCartney served as a consultant to a $300 million consumer goods company where he planned and managed supply chain execution and operational improvements. Before that, he served as Practice Leader for EMC Corporation and has held several leadership positions with Bausch & Lomb, a $2.2 billion eye care company. McCartney began his career with Andersen Consulting where he served as both an Analyst and Manager.

Timothy F. Murphy
Timothy F. Murphy was named Vice President of Treasury Operations on January 23, 2009. Prior to this, he had served as Director of Financial Reporting and Director of Treasury Operations. He joined Gibraltar in 2004 from KPMG where he served as Senior Manager in their Buffalo and Syracuse offices. Mr. Murphy is a Certified Public Accountant.

John E. Wagner
John Wagner has been Vice President of Supply Chain Management since September 2004. Throughout his more than 20-year career, Wagner has worked for large multi-national companies recognized as leaders in procurement and supply chain management. Most recently, Wagner was working for United Technology’s Carrier Division in Indianapolis, IN, where he was Director of Supply Chain Management of Carrier’s North American Residential Business Unit, a $2-billion business. There, he oversaw strategic global sourcing and material spending for multiple Carrier locations.
