Director of the Company
Bill Bosway was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Director of Gibraltar in January 2019. Bosway joined Gibraltar with 29 years of experience in Fortune 500 industrial companies. Prior to joining Gibraltar, he served as President & CEO of Dover’s Refrigeration & Food Equipment business. Prior to Dover, he served as Group Vice President of Refrigeration and Solutions at Emerson Electric, where he led global research and innovation, advanced manufacturing and engineering, supply chain, and quality organizations, which supported the $4 billion revenue climate technologies business.
Atlee Valentine Pope was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2020. She has over 35 years of experience in financial growth strategy for Fortune 500 boards and c-suite executives. Atlee is co-founder and leader Blue Canyon Partners, a growth strategy consulting firm that advises Fortune 500 boards of directors and C-suite executives. She also serves on the Board of Trustees of Northlight Theater. Atlee earned an MBA, Finance & Marketing from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School and a BA in History from Sewanee: The University Of The South.
Mark Barberio was appointed to the Board of Directors in June 2018, bringing over 25 years of senior management and board experience across a variety of industries at both public and private companies. He is the principal of Markapital, LLC, a business and M&A consulting firm. Prior to forming Markapital, Barberio led Mark IV, LLC (now Dayco, LLC). He is also a board member of Exide Technologies, a privately held global energy storage solutions company.
James Metcalf was appointed to the Board of Directors in October 2024. Mr. Metcalf most recently served as chairman and chief executive officer of Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. (“Cornerstone”) from 2018 until his retirement in 2022, having previously served as a member of the board of directors of NCI Building Systems when it merged with Ply Gem Building Products to form Cornerstone. During his tenure at Cornerstone, he led the investment in manufacturing plant upgrades and integration of the two organizations and cultures, iterative M&A, operational excellence and innovation, and oversaw a period of intense growth until his retirement in 2022. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Mr. Metcalf served as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer at USG Corporation, a leading manufacturer of wallboard and building products. He is also a board member of Ferguson Enterprises Inc., a NYSE-listed value-added distributor serving the specialized professional in the North American construction market.
Core Competencies:
Gwen Mizell was appointed to the Board of Directors in February 2021. Mizell brings 34 years’ experience in the strategic leadership of sustainability, electrification, corporate social responsibility, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She joined Ameren Corporation in 2015 and is currently the Head of Sustainability and Electrification. She is also a member of Ameren’s senior leadership team and chairperson of Ameren’s Corporate Social Responsibility Executive Steering Committee. Mizell also serves on the board of the St. Louis County Workforce Investment Board and the national board of the American Association of Blacks in Energy.
Linda Myers has served as a Director of the Company since February 2020. Myers has been employed since 1994 by Kirkland & Ellis LLP (“Kirkland”), a Chicago based law firm with a national and international presence. Linda was a member of Kirkland’s Global Management Committee from 2010 to 2020 and has three decades of experience advising clients. A senior partner and one of the original members of the Firm’s Debt Finance Practice Group, she focuses her work on transactions for private equity groups, commercial lending institutions and major private and public companies. Additionally, Myers is a member of several management committees at Kirkland and has served as Chair of Kirkland’s Administrative Committee since 2009. Myers also serves as a member of the board of directors of several private companies and community and cultural organizations. Myers has a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
James Nish has served as a Director of the Company since July 2015, bringing 28 years of investment banking experience serving clients in a variety of international industrial manufacturing markets. Most recently, he led the Mid-Cap Corporate Investment Banking team at J.P. Morgan Chase. Nish currently serves as an adjunct professor at Baruch College and Pace University, where he teaches both undergraduate business and MBA courses.

Manish Shah was appointed to the Board of Directors in February 2021 and brings over 25 years of senior management and digital transformation experience. Shah joined Community Health Systems in 2013 and is currently Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer responsible for driving exceptional patient care and innovative digital solutions. He oversees technology and systems development with a primary focus on digital transformation, interoperability exchange, and business intelligence and analytics.
